Hello There,
By the time that i’ve begun writing this (the 24th of may, 2025), i’ve quit linux. just saying because for over a year now, i’ve been dualbooting both windows 11 and linux (fedora, kde neon, endeavourOS and finally OpenSUSE) and it’s time i’ve moved on because of the increase of file usage, plus the only reason why i’ve been using linux is just to update it everyday.
But anywho, in this blog i’m gonna talk about what’s up with me the fast few weeks and show you my new website suprisingly.
Apologies since this blog is a bit impromptu therefore there will be some mistakes.
a recent resurgence in the Coronavirus/COVID-19 has just gotten me infected by it and therefore I wasn’t able to go to school. Benefits? have the ability to study from home and have more sleep. Disadvantages? Being alone, isolated and not really caught on with what is happening outside.
I’m not gonna lie, recovering myself from covid is interesting, but i have no words for it.
Due to the possibilities of the world wide web changing every so often, a website is now a place that people now dismiss. Websites used to be someone’s personal blog, a place where someone sold their music or a hobbit hole for someone to share their life stories. and yet day by day, personal websites are dwindling from existence.
Surprisingly, I decided on making one. by using neocities.
HTML isn’t hard, I’ve been using it for years now but surprise surprise, It took a few moments for me to be able to begin coding again.
And it’s still.. Under Construction, Finishing touches? not so much. I’ll gradually update it at least once a week so here’s the link to it if you’d like: thanyawat2554.neocities.org

You might know my past adventures with the rbc, just yapping about some facts and giving comments in regards to their News 24 segment about SCR, which BTW caught their attention a bit when i asked to advertise. Surprise surprise, There’s a lot that has happened.
A few weeks after, RBC Rebranded News 24 to RBC Newsroom. I got into contact with the News 24 team to talk about the possibility of me contributing to their story about the recent Metro Update/V.2.2 by either getting interviewed (since i’ve done 3-4 videos about SCR now) or reviewing their report. I’ve gotten no info since but at least they tried.
As a long-term listener of one of RBC Radio’s Programmes, afternoon beats, at first it was surprising they would even let Oliver go on a TV Set. but the first day? somewhat no technical difficulties although I participated, the next day? yeah few issues. Started off late and surprisingly The games for their show had gone off the rails because they couldn’t ask anybody to participate. It ran well for me anyways so rest assured. but we’ll see if they’d be able to do this smoothly.
Finally, the big kicker. Newsroom on RBC’s home base. It’s an anticipated update, yet there’s a few people who thought they were waiting for so long they spammed it back. Management’s handling of the situation has slowly made me lose my respect for RBC’s staff. however things can change and I often give second chances.
